Precision Machining

Welcome to our Precision Machining Program,

In this program, students work with a number of machines such as bench grinders, Computer Numeric Control programing and operation, mills, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, and much more to create a wide variety of projects. Second year students have the opportunity to explore a paid internship opportunity and can receive national certification MSSC.

High School Credit:

5782 Precision Machining I 

5784 Precision Machining II 

Four credits per semester. Counts as a Directed Elective or Elective for the General, Core 40, Core 40 with Academic Honors and Core 40 with Technical Honors diplomas.

Central Nine is hosting summer camps this June for students who will be in 7th or 8th grade during the fall 2019 school year!

Students can choose to participate in two different camp experiences. Contact for questions.
