What is nineovations?
Central Nine’s summer camp, Nineovations, offers two different camp experiences for this summer! Each camp will be hosted by Central Nine Instructors, with help from students currently enrolled in their programs, allowing campers to gain a real-world perspective on the benefits of higher education and training.
Camp Explore allows campers who will be in 7th-9th grade in the fall to venture through six different popular career pathways. Campers will tour two careers daily and complete hands-on projects at each stop.
Camp Soar, on the other hand, is for campers who will be in 9th and 10th grade in the fall. Camp Soar will take an in-depth look into the various Aviation career opportunities, have a field trip to VU’s Aviation Technology Center, and allow campers a chance to win a discovery flight!
Campers will...
- Explore either 6 different programs or 1 stand alone
- Create projects that they can take home
- Receive a camp T-Shirt

- June 7th, 8th, and 9th
- 8 am - 12 pm
- $50. per camper
- Located at Central Nine Career Center

Campers Must
- Be able to commit to all three days.
- Pay camp fee by Monday, May 8th.
- Register by May 5th.
- Wear long pants (preferably jeans).
- Wear closed-toed shoes in all sessions.
Parent meet & Greet
Parents are invited to see the campus, meet instructors, and see all of the projects created by campers. Parents might need to help campers carry projects to from campus to their vehicles.
