“I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for 9 years. In those nine years I’ve bounced around working at ski resorts in Colorado, ran and partial owned restaurants  in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. I’ve also been a personal and private Chef for Big City Chefs based out of Nashville, TN, where I had the opportunity to cook meals for country music artist Clay Walker and now NFL Offensive lineman Wesley Johnson. After being in the industry for several years I returned to my Ala mater Sullivan University, where I earned my Culinary degree. While working at Sullivan I was a Chef representative for the regions of Indiana, Illinois, and Virginia. Personally I love to be outside in the garden, hunting, playing golf, or watching baseball.”
