21st Century Scholars

21st Century Scholars should be logging into their scholar track regularly in order to stay eligible for this scholarship. Seniors need to be aware of the following senior requirements:

  • Submit an Affirmation form by March 10, 2016

  • File a FAFSA by March 10, 2016

  • Correct/update the FAFSA by May 15, 2016

  • Earn a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of graduation

  • Apply to an Eligible Indiana College during their senior year of high school

  • Enroll as a full-time student in college

  • Maintain Indiana Residency

  • Review state financial aid requirements including the new College Credit Hour Completion Requirement

For 9th-11th Grade students, this page is important  for you also. Many scholarships re-occur yearly and you can get a head start by knowing which scholarships you will be interested in 12th grade. You can begin to fulfill the requirements or understand what will be expected in your senior year.

Vincennes University has scholarships for every program at Central Nine Career Center. They also accept the dual credits you will be graduating with.The deadline for their scholarships is January, 15, 2016.

Ivy Tech Community College

Ivy Tech Community offers many programs that Career Nine Center students will study. Ivy Tech also accepts the credits you will graduate with. Many of their scholarships are due in the Spring 2016.

IUPUI

IUPUI offers a wide range of scholarships for incoming Freshmen such as academic or major-specific. Their website allows you to organize your scholarship by status and major. IUPUI is an eligible 21st Century Scholars institution. Their scholarships have variable due dates, with many being in January-March 2016.
