I am a Vincennes University Flight Instructor and have been at Central Nine for three years. I teach Aviation Operations and Flight.
My goal for my students is to explore the aviation industry and if it is a right fit for them. If it is, I want to help them have a successful and exciting career in aviation. I hope to show my students the many different parts of aviation so that they can find their fit in the industry.
While I have been teaching in a high school dual credit setting for eight years, I have been a Commercial rated pilot for 13 and a Flight Instructor for 12. I actually started flying while I was in high school. I earned an Aviation Flight A.S. from Vincennes University and a Professional Pilot B.S. from Indiana State University. Away from school I enjoy spending time with my family, tinkering with projects including my flight simulator, and outdoor activities.
